Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship to addresses in the United States.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after we receive them. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes 5 to 15 days depending on your location and the size of the item. Heavy and oversized items may take longer.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking information.

Local pickup: We do not offer local pickup.

Address errors: Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to change an address.

Delays, lost or damaged packages: If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email info@TitanAutoLifts.shop within 1 business day of receiving it (or when tracking stops updating), with your order number and photos if damaged, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
