3. Products and pricing. We try to describe and display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment is charged at the time of purchase through our payment providers.

5. Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Safe and proper use. Automotive lifts and garage equipment can cause serious injury or property damage if used incorrectly. You are responsible for reading all instructions and warnings, following the manufacturer's load ratings, installing and using products as directed and, where appropriate, having installation done by a qualified professional. Do not exceed rated capacities or use products for purposes they are not designed for.

7. Warranty. Products are covered by any warranty provided by the manufacturer. Except as stated, products are sold "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Auto Lifts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Titan Auto Lifts or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
